I spent one year as an artist in residence at the Hotel Turkey in the Texas panhandle. This put me within fifteen minutes of Caprock Canyons State Park, which I studied fervently with my cameras during this time. I never missed an opportunity to visit the park during inclement weather, which lends another layer of interest to the cinematic landscape of the canyons.
